I have ordered many things online. I have never had something come shipped to me like this.
I ordered a roll of 17 inches X 5 yards of iron vinyl, that is not what I got but I will tell you about that later.

I actually ordered 5 feet of the vinyl but received 2 feet.
I called customer service and they are going to ship me out 2 more packages to make it right. Shipping is on them. Should be here in a week.
Great customer service for JoAnn's , now if my local store was as nice!
