My Not so green Husband...

He is against my reusable bags. He wont let me save my cans (from my lovely, Coke Zero), paper, boxes NOTHING! He says "it's not like everyone else is doing it". WTH! YES! I want to do my part to at least have my kids future saved. I want my kids to have the resources that we had growing up. BS!

So frustrating! I hate it!

SD: Eat your tofu

Princess: I will eat my tofu. Nothing more. Nothing less


I made fried tofu with stir fry chicken and shrimp. It was great. I used garlic, lots of ginger, green onion, chicken, shrimp, snow peas, carrots and bean sprouts! It was great. I served it over rice with soy sauce! YUMMY!

Update on Princess appt:

Princess had her appt today. She is tall and light! We are getting her a speech evaluation and when they do that DR said they have to do hearing also. I am really not worried about her hearing. She hears fine. When she wants too! She just studders. Dr said that it is common in kids her age because their speech and thought have not got it together yet. They are going to put a referral for it though because i expressed that I want it fixed before school.
They attempted to do the hearing test where they use the ear phones, that didn't work! She couldn't sit still and swore the geese were talking to her!!!

Eventful Day, for me at least

I went through all my clothes and got rid of those 7 juniors that i will probably NEVER wear again. It was a relief but also sad. Princess is 3 and some change and i know that I won't get that body back. After all that takes hard work and I just do not know that i can do it. I went through the kids clothes and got rid of what they can't wear or what they can't wear this season. I have a TON of clothes to take to the resale shops to hopefully make some money off of. Cleaned the house a bit made lunch and SD came home from school.

Back to the clothes these kids have! They both have dressers full of clothes. I have bought all of Prince's clothes but Princess is lucky enough to have a cousin who is 6 months younger than her. That has saved us a ton of money. I just can't get over these clothes. When i get them together i will update on how much i make off of them.

I switched our doctors. We all went to the same doctor. I have been going to her for about a year. In the end she just is not working out. I have a mole on my nose that has gotten bigger in the last year and a pinched nerve in my back/hip area. I went to the doctor over a week ago and they have not put through the referral for the dermatologist and they do not believe that i could possibly have a pinched nerve. BS! I had this problem start when i was 28 weeks pregnant with Prince and he is 17 months. Like i do not know what it feels like! They scheduling nurse did inform me though that they could remove the mole in this doctor office if he felt the need. I am relieved. I go Wednesday

I also switched the kids to a sub-clinic of Children's hospital. I have appointments for both the kids already. I want Princess to get seen because she studders . I had a speech problem and if it is in deed a problem i would like to get it treated before she gets in school. Prince will just have an 18 month check up when we get back from our trip. We are also going to talk about his lack of talking if it doesn't get better.

Over all i am happy about the outcome of the doctors. I want to see the bedside manor of them and we really hope that they work out. With Prince getting sick i would like to have a doctor that i like and not have to switch again.

It was a tiring day. I did a lot really early. I hope tomorrow i can just relax!
